La Cave Le Carnotzet is Tsilaosa’s gourmet destination, nestled in the heart of the village of Cilaos.
Set in a rustic and intimate atmosphere, exposed stone walls and wooden beams create a warm décor ideal for shared moments. The menu celebrates local flavors with raclette, fondue, and carefully selected cheese and charcuterie platters.
Each dish is paired with a fine selection of wines, notably showcasing the wines of Cilaos. Fully restored by local craftsmen, the cellar offers an authentic and convivial setting.

Le salon de thé est ouvert du mercredi au samedi pendant les vacances scolaires et le vendredi et samedi (hors vacances) de 15h à 18h.
La salle à manger attenante à la réception accueille également ses hôtes pour le petit déjeuner et le goûter.

Un petit-déjeuner en buffet continental, servi de 7h à 10h.
