Le Tsilaosa guarantees to implement all necessary means to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data you transmit, in compliance with current regulations. Your banking data is collected solely for the purpose of paying for the services you have booked, and in a secure manner. To learn more, we invite you to review our privacy policy, under the section “How your data is protected.”

2. Booking and Payment Conditions

When browsing the official Tsilaosa website, you have the option to book your stay online. Personal information is required to process your reservation. Only fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. A summary of your order will be displayed at the end of your transaction. We invite you to check all the details of your reservation and report any discrepancies to the following address: reception@tsilaosa.com. You will automatically receive a confirmation email for your order.

Reservation guaranteed by credit/debit card If you wish to guarantee your reservation by credit card, the following payment conditions will apply (notably when booking on our website): An amount equal to 30% or 50% of the total cost of the stay, excluding extras (tourist tax and any other services), will be charged by the hotel. The required deposit will depend on the season. This condition will be specified at the time of booking. A direct debit authorization form will be sent to you by email, which must be returned to Le Tsilaosa in order to charge the card. The receipt for the transaction will then be sent to you. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be required to present the credit card used for the booking, along with a valid ID matching the name on the card. The establishment reserves the right to refuse your reservation if the accredited organizations do not validate your credit card number. Your card number will allow you to settle your incidentals at the end of your stay, avoiding the need to pay for each individual service at the time of consumption.

Reservation guaranteed and paid by bank transfer If you wish to guarantee your reservation by bank transfer, payment must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival. Proof of the bank transfer must be sent by email to validate the service with Le Tsilaosa. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any service in the event that this condition is not met.

Gift vouchers and gift certificates If you wish to purchase a gift voucher or gift certificate, 100% of the total amount of the reserved service will be required by Le Tsilaosa to validate the purchase. The gift voucher or certificate will be sent to you by email. The holder must present it in order to redeem any service purchased at Le Tsilaosa.

Cancellation policy In the event of a cancellation, fees will apply based on the date of cancellation and the scheduled dates of the stay at Le Tsilaosa.

By booking on our official website, you are guaranteed to benefit from:
